About the OTN Symposium

The 9th annual Ocean Tracking Network (OTN) Symposium will take place November 15-16, 2021. The online event will feature live presentations, panels and workshops.

OTN is a global aquatic research, data management and partnership platform headquartered at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

The Symposium is an annual event that brings together researchers from across the globe to collaborate, develop strategies and seek new opportunities for the sustainable management of aquatic animals in changing ocean and freshwater environments. It’s open to OTN collaborators, early career researchers, and anyone interested in aquatic animal tracking.

Please note that this event will take place in Atlantic Standard Time (AST/ UTC -4). Parts of the Symposium will be recorded and made available online following the event.

Registration for the 9th annual Symposium closed on October 31, 2021.
