Katja Fennel

Dr. Katja Fennel holds a Tier II Canada Research Chair in Marine Prediction. Her research focuses on the development and application of realistic numerical models of Canada’s coastal ecosystems with the ultimate goal of advancing our ability to predict changes in marine environments in response to climate variability and direct human influences. She also holds adjunct appointments at Rutgers University and the University of Maine.
