OTN Global Scientific Director Dr. Ron O'Dor Attends FAO Meeting in Rome

OTN Global Scientific Director Dr. Ron O'Dor was in Rome discussing OTN at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Twenty-Eighth Session of the Committee on Fisheries, March 2-6, 2009.

Dr. O'Dor, who is also the Senior Scientist of the Census of Marine Life, teamed with the International Union for the Conservation of Nature in a session at this meeting entitled "Biodiversity, Ecosystems & Fisheries," for presentations and panel discussions on ocean biodiversity and ecosystem functioning and their relevance to fisheries management and conservation.
